Handcrafted Aromatherapy Sprays – Aiden & Coco
I’m in love with Aiden and Coco’s beautifully bottled aromatherapy sprays. Science shows how beneficial plant-based essential oils are to mental health, so why not gift your bestie, mom, or co-worker with something that smells lovely and also helps them feel calm, relaxed, and focused?
Each of Aiden & Coco’s aromatherapy products are ethically made, use plant-based ingredients, and are packaged in easy-to-use spray bottles, which I think sets them apart from other brands on the market. The spray comes out like a light, refreshing mist, and can be used directly on your face, body, clothes, or any personal space! I recommend CALM if you like the soothing scent of sage, french lavender, and bergamot (great for when you’re trying to unwind or destress). If you need a little pick-me-up, I recommend GLOW, which is citrusy, refreshing, and makes you feel like you just walked through an orange orchard on a sunny day. If you need something that’s uplifting and energizing, I love DAWN, which includes a beautiful herbal blend of rosemary, frankincense, peppermint, and eucalyptus (it smells like a stroll in the forest on Christmas day). Each bottle is $24 and they offer 10% off to new customers, as well as free shipping during the holiday season. Learn more on their website or instagram @aidenandcoco.
Sweet Orange Body Butter – Mica Organics
This is the time of year when we all get dry skin, so gifting someone with a handcrafted jar of nourishing body butter is a great way to help keep their skin feeling moisturized this season. The packaging is simple but inside each jar is a beautiful and luxurious body butter that reminds me of gourmet truffles and soufflé. For best results, use a body exfoliator first and then follow with body butter. Seriously, my normally dry hands and feet felt and looked incredibly silky and smooth after!
Each product is made with pure plant-based oils and moisturizing butters that are ethically and sustainably sourced. A little goes a long way so it’ll last you a while! $38, free shipping on Mica Organic’s website. Use “clara20” for 20% off!
Gentle Action Water Peel for body – AQUAREVEAL
Our hands and feet do so much for us and yet, we often forget to take care of them. Our hands are also one of the first areas of our body to show signs of aging, so regular exfoliation and moisturizing is a great way to maintain youthful-looking and smooth skin!
This gentle exfoliator is very different than the grainy body scrubs I’m used to. The peel looks like a clear gel, but once you start massaging it onto your feet, hands, or elbows, the consistency changes as it binds to dead skin cells, dirt, and grime. After you rinse, the skin looks noticeably smoother and radiant! Use after you shower and pat dry the skin, and then follow with a body butter. I felt weird at first trying the gel (how is this working?!), but believe me, once I got the hang of it and saw my skin after, I felt really pampered and happy with the results!
Peaceful Sleep Aromatherapy – Mica Organics
I had to include one more aromatherapy product because I loooove how just a few drops of the oil can enhance your nighttime routine in a way that brings greater peace and relaxation before you sleep. Unwind as you apply a few drops on your wrists and hands, then inhale the aroma and spend a minute massaging your neck, head, and shoulders. The therapeutic combination of chamomile, sandalwood, lemon, and geranium calms the mind and positively impacts my mood. A self-care essential. $24 and free shipping on Mica Organics’s website. Use “clara20” for 20% off!
Wellness Tea Subscription – Respyre
Treat your tea lover friend to a wellness tea gift box or set them up with a monthly gift plan! Each box is curated to include two different loose leaf wellness teas, all made with natural, organic, and fair trade ingredients. A gift plan is a fun and relaxing way to discover new teas, and I love knowing that someone carefully and lovingly developed each blend. Inviting someone to sit down with a delicious hot cup of tea can boost their well-being and help relieve stress. The perfect self-care gift for the busy bee wanting to slow down this season.
Gift plans range from $20 and up, depending on whether you select 1 month, 3 months, or longer plans. Visit Respyre‘s site for more info and use the code HOLIDAY for 10% off!

Don’t Despair, Repair deep conditioning mask – Briogeo
This weekly hair mask is MY FAVORITE and makes a fantastic self-care gift! I’m loyal to this product because it seriously makes my dry hair feel nourished, soft, and healthy again, especially during the dry months. It’s a weekly treatment and ingredients include rosehip, sweet almond and argan oils. A great pampering treatment that actually delivers visible results. $36 on their site or on Amazon.
