Creating a self-care ritual at home can help reduce stress, bring balance, create joy, and infuse wellness in our everyday lives. Self-care rituals are varied and individual – for some its an evening walk, a morning cup of chai tea, prayer and meditation, or exercise.

The body creme
One of the most nourishing, creamiest, and hydrating body moisturizers I’ve used. The texture feels light, silky smooth, non-greasy, and absorbs well. Formulated with goat’s milk, aloe leaf juice, coconut oil, and essential oils, the body creme feels incredibly soothing, calming, and restorative. I love using it right after a shower, as it locks in the moisture and leaves my skin feeling beautifully hydrated and soft. $89.99. Fragrance free, paraben free, no phthalates, cruelty-free.
Coco & Flore – Luxurious Exfoliating Body Scrub
This ultra-hydrating body scrub is beautifully packaged in a glass jar and is made with sugar, coconut oil, and high quality essential oils (sweet almond, rose, and lavender). The texture is not too course, smells delicious, and feels high quality. I gently massage a small amount on damp skin in the shower, letting the scrub exfoliate and sooth my skin. After I rinse, my body feels hydrated and appears healthy and renewed! $59.99 Product is 100% natural, free of harmful chemicals, and vegan.
IMPERFECTLY PERFECT SOAP
An uplifting bar of soap for your face, body, or hair! Formulated with turmeric, goat milk, and an essential oil blend of clove and sweet orange, this bar contains healing and simple ingredients that make my skin look bright and moisturized. Lately I’ve been really loving turmeric, which has anti-bacterial properties and is anti-inflammatory (ideal for acne prone skin). The sweet scent of orange essential oil is aromatic and energizing. $19.99.
