When it comes to eating clean food, I don’t think we need to be “all or nothing.” Healthy habits are important but it’s also completely okay to enjoy our favorite treats on occasion!
If you’re craving some good ol’ fashioned peanut butter cookies, keep scrollin’ for the recipe and instructions! It’s fairly simple and chances are, you already have everything you need in your cupboard!
Ingredients
3/4 cup smooth peanut butter
3/4 cup unsalted butter room temperature
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
In a large bowl beat PB and butter until smooth.
Add sugars and mix on high speed
Add eggs and vanilla and mix low speed
Add flour (fluffed and levelled!), baking soda and salt
Roll into 1” balls
Press down slightly with fork.
Bake for 8-10 minutes
