Energy Balls are healthy & delicious snacks that require no baking! They’re perfect for a quick, healthy bite of protein and nutrients. I love them whenever I want a morning snack, afternoon pick-me-up, or guilt-free dessert. This recipe includes raw cashews, which are incredibly heart-healthy!
To spice it up a bit, I love adding a tablespoon of Genmai Chai, an ingestible powder from Free + True, which includes a blend of genmaicha brown rice green tea from Japan, masala chai from India, and creamy turmeric. These super-powered ingredients help improve digestion, support overall energy, optimize skin health, and help regulate gut bacteria.

- 2 Tbsp. softened coconut oil
- 1 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)
- Zest of 2 lemons
