Creating an Accent Fireplace
We bought our house a few months ago and I’ve been slowly furnishing it and dreaming about fun ways I can update our space on a budget! I’m totally a beige girl but realized that I was missing something in our living room. I have lots of neutrals and textures, but I really wanted something that would create a cozier vibe!
I originally wanted to do stucco & a new mantle, but due to budget constraints, I decided to just go with paint! I chose to create a dark accent fireplace to bring focus, depth, and character to our living room. I used Behr’s Cracked Pepper (available at Home Depot). I’m so happy with the results!
